1. By adjusting the ***cer, the purlin roll forming machine is able to produce six kinds of products with different specifications.
2. It adopts stepless variable speed drive, including manual type and automatic type, to fabricate different purlin panels, ensuring high precision and stable performance.

According to the customer's requirements, there are three options for the production process which are pre-punching and pre-cutting type (punching ¨C cutting- pressing), pre-punching and post-cutting type (punching ¨C pressing - cutting), as well as post-punching and post cutting type (pressing ¨C punching - cutting).
4. Our purlin roll forming machine can be designed according to the drawings and requirements provided by our client.
As the name implies, our GWC80-300 C purlin roll forming machine could fabricate C sections in 6 specifications by adjusting the ***cer. The finished C sections are widely used to make purlin and wall beam for steel buildings, and they can also be assembled together to form structural building components, such as lightweight roof truss, bracket, etc.
